As we approach the conclusion of the FAIRNESS Project in October 2024, we are pleased to share that our consortium successfully met the objectives of our project.
Our efforts to support family-run businesses and SMEs through innovative learning opportunities have guided the completion of all key deliverables.
A summary of our achievements, that will continue to benefit our stakeholders beyond the project’s completion, is presented below:
- Online Learning Platform: Our online platform has been successfully completed. The platform provides free and easy access to all project material and will serve as a resource that can be utilized by family-run businesses and SMEs to understand the available financial instruments and how they can use them,
- Mind Map: Our interactive mind map is now final and available to help learners navigate the training content developed and identify the specific training modules they need to attend in order to enhance their business operations. The mind map allows users to identify the appropriate training modules based on their target growth, capital investments and financial strength,
- Training Modules: A set of modular training material has been developed. The training modules cover essential topics including “Entrepreneurship and financial tools management”, “Understanding financial reporting and business planning”, “Access and use of simple level financial products”, “Access and use of medium level financial products” and “Access and use of complex financial products”. Users are given the opportunity to tailor their learning to their specific needs.
Our project’s direct beneficiaries are family-run businesses and SMEs and VET Trainers and Business Experts.
Our project’s indirect beneficiaries include business organizations, chambers of commerce, public authorities, universities, and other VET providers, extending the reach and impact of the project.
The coordinator will host the first multiplier event in Valetta on September 20, with the participation of all partners. Partners will follow with their own events in each participating country
